With 2016 in plain sight, it feels like the perfect time to talk about the best of the best of 2015 …

I love the excitement that comes with a new year. A fresh start, new adventures and another year of holidays and celebrations (woot woot!).

This past year has been a year of change for me and I can’t wait to see what’s to come in 2016. I’ll be giving you more of what you want – nutrition information, more motivation and inspiration as well as tons of new recipes.
