Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350F.
- Spray an 8×8 oven-safe dish with cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil.
- Crack your eggs into the dish, dice your pepper and toss in your spinach.
- Whisk together.
- Place in the oven and bake.
