Amazing Burger Salad

Description

It’s a burger. No, it’s a salad. Wait … it’s a burger salad!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 cooked burgers (veggie, turkey, etc)
  • 16 brussel sprouts, grated

Toppings

  • red onion, thinly sliced
  • cherry tomatoes, halved
  • cucumber, sliced and quartered
  • avocado, sliced
  • peppers, thinly sliced
  • mushrooms, thinly sliced

Dressing

  • 1/4 cup cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp mustard
  • 1 Tbsp pure maple syrup

Instructions

  1. In a bowl combine brussel sprouts and dressing.
  2. Top with your favourite toppings and burger.
