Ingredients
Scale
- 4 cooked burgers (veggie, turkey, etc)
- 16 brussel sprouts, grated
Toppings
- red onion, thinly sliced
- cherry tomatoes, halved
- cucumber, sliced and quartered
- avocado, sliced
- peppers, thinly sliced
- mushrooms, thinly sliced
Dressing
- 1/4 cup cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil
- 2 Tbsp white wine vinegar
- 2 Tbsp mustard
- 1 Tbsp pure maple syrup
Instructions
- In a bowl combine brussel sprouts and dressing.
- Top with your favourite toppings and burger.
