Essential oils aren’t just for your diffuser.
The idea of aromatherapy can be a little overwhelming at first. And, like most things, there’s a lot of wrong information out there.
While putting essential oils in your diffuser is pretty straight forward and safe, ingesting it or using it on your skin should not be done without proper research.
That’s why today I’m excited to have our resident skincare expert, holistic facialist Emmaline Tsui, back and giving you tips on how to safely use aromatherapy for your skin type, as well as how to test and store it.

- 3ml Jojoba Oil
- 2ml Vitamin E Oil
- 1 drop Geranium Essential Oil
ACNE PRONE SKIN
- 5ml Rosehip Oil
- 3ml Jojoba Oil
- 2ml Vitamin E Oil
- 2 drops Tea Tree Essential Oil
MATURE SKIN

NORMAL/COMBINATION SKIN
