- 12 slices turkey bacon, low-sodium and organic (if possible)
- 12 eggs
- Black pepper, optional
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350F and spray your muffin tin with extra virgin coconut oil.
- Slice the bacon in half and lay two halves in each muffin cup (like an “x”).
- Crack an egg in each cup.
- Place in the oven and back for 20 minutes.
