A simple and nutritious breakfast that will have your family begging for more!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 slices turkey bacon, low-sodium and organic (if possible)
  • 12 eggs
  • Black pepper, optional

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350F and spray your muffin tin with extra virgin coconut oil.
  2. Slice the bacon in half and lay two halves in each muffin cup (like an “x”).
  3. Crack an egg in each cup.
  4. Place in the oven and back for 20 minutes.
