Description
A warm and sweet oatmeal bursting with berry flavours.
Ingredients

- 2 cups large flake, old-fashioned oats
- 2 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 2 cups berries (I used blueberries & raspberries)
- 2/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup raw honey
- 1/3 cup raw, unsalted slivered almonds
- 1 egg
- 2 Tbsp cinnamon
- 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- pinch of sea salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray a 9 x 9 glass dish with extra-virgin coconut oil. Place all
- ingredients in the glass dish and mix well.
- Bake for 40 minutes. Let sit for 15 minutes before cutting.
Notes
Make it Vegan
Use coconut yogurt, pure maple syrup, and a flax egg in place of the Greek yogurt, honey, and egg.
