A quick, grab ‘n’ go, healthy breakfast that’s perfect for your busy family.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups old-fashioned large flake oats
  • 3 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 3 Tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 3 Tbsp cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375F.
  2. Spray 12 muffin tins with extra virgin coconut oil.
  3. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl.
  4. Divide between 8 muffin tins.
  5. Bake 15 minutes.
