Out with the old, and in with the new!

I love a fresh start and I can’t wait to ring in the new year. I’m also a big fan of reflecting on the previous year to see how challenges made me grow and successes encouraged me to “just keep swimmin'”.

In all honesty, 2018 was probably one of my favourite years of clients. It was full of amazing people who were committed to doing the work to heal their digestion – leading to successes like pregnancy, weight loss, clear skin, stable moods, balanced hormones, and so much more.

That’s why I’m so excited for 2019! I have the best clients, and I know there are more of you amazing folks out there who are ready to commit to your health this coming year. I can’t wait to walk through that journey with you.

I also like to spend a little time at the end of each year reflecting on your favourite recipes and articles that you found the most helpful, so I can continue to bring you the most valuable health information in the new year.

As usual – I was super surprised at many of the ones that topped the list!
