This year has been a big one for challenges, growth, and getting outside of my comfort zone – both in my personal and my business life.

I’ve continued to struggle with post-concussion syndrome, written a book (being released in 2020), took a plant-based culinary course, tested and developed hundreds of new recipes, spent countless hours researching to bring you accurate health-focused articles, and helped clients address and overcome their health challenges.

It’s been a year for the books!

With 2020 just hours away, I’m excited to forge ahead with a new vision and goals for how I can serve you even better this coming year.

I hope this is the year that I get to work with you personally to teach you how to use food as your medicine while focusing on your health needs and goals, too.
