Ingredients

Blackened Lime Salmon
- 4 4oz Wild Alaskan Salmon Fillets
- 2 limes, juice and rind
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp cayenne
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- pepper, to taste
Mango Avocado Salsa
- 1 mango, peeled, pit removed, and chopped
- 1 avocado, peeled, pit removed, and chopped
- 1/2 red onion, chopped
- 1 pepper, cored, seeded, and chopped
- 1 lime, juice and rind
- 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your BBQ to 450F.
- In a small bowl, combine lime juice, grated rind, and spices.
- Place salmon on tinfoil. Divide and spread spice mixture over fillets.
- Place on the BBQ and cook 12-15 minutes, or until cooked through.
- Meanwhile, in a medium sized bowl, combine chopped mango, avocado, onion, pepper, lime juice, grated lime rind, and cilantro.
- Place salmon on plates and evenly divide salsa over top of the salmon fillets.
