Blueberry Granola Breakfast Bark

Description
A refreshing summer version of a healthy classic breakfast!
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups plain, non-fat greek yogurt
- 2 Tbsp pure maple syrup
- 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1/2 cup healthy, low-sugar granola (preferably homemade!)
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine yogurt and syrup.
- Cover a cookie sheet with wax paper and spread the yogurt mixture evenly over the paper, approximately 1/4″ thick.
- Sprinkle blueberries and granola evenly over top.
- Place in the freezer and freeze 3 hours, or until frozen.
- Break apart or cut into pieces and keep in the freezer.
