Blueberry Granola Breakfast Bark

Description

A refreshing summer version of a healthy classic breakfast!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups plain, non-fat greek yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup healthy, low-sugar granola (preferably homemade!)

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine yogurt and syrup.
  2. Cover a cookie sheet with wax paper and spread the yogurt mixture evenly over the paper, approximately 1/4″ thick.
  3. Sprinkle blueberries and granola evenly over top.
  4. Place in the freezer and freeze 3 hours, or until frozen.
  5. Break apart or cut into pieces and keep in the freezer.
