Ingredients

- 4 chicken or turkey sausages
- 2 small yams, peeled
- 1/2 cups cherry tomatoes
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425F. Cut the yams into bite size pieces, place on a baking sheet and cook for 15 minutes.
- Meanwhile, cook the sausage in a pan, on medium heat, until cooked through. Slice into bite size pieces.
- Once yams are cooked, alternate placing pieces of sausage, yam and tomato on 8 kabob sticks.
