Description

A fun and kid-approved breakfast!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 chicken or turkey sausages
  • 2 small yams, peeled
  • 1/2 cups cherry tomatoes

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425F. Cut the yams into bite size pieces, place on a baking sheet and cook for 15 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, cook the sausage in a pan, on medium heat, until cooked through. Slice into bite size pieces.
  3. Once yams are cooked, alternate placing pieces of sausage, yam and tomato on 8 kabob sticks.
