- 2 whole grain pita
- 1 avocado
Egg and Avocado Breakfast Pizza
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp chia seeds
- 1/2 tsp Mrs Dash chipotle seasoning
Protein Packed Breakfast Pizza
- 1/2 cup chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1 tsp cold-pressed, extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- Pinch of sea salt
- 2 Tbsp coconut yogurt
- Drizzle of pure maple syrup
Instructions
Egg and Avocado Breakfast Pizza
- Heat a small pan to medium-high heat. Add eggs and cook to your liking. Meanwhile pit and mash your avocado and spread over two pitas.
- Once your eggs are cooked, place one on top of each pita and then sprinkle with chia seeds and chipotle seasoning.
Protein Packed Breakfast Pizza
- Preheat your oven to 425F. In a small bowl combine chickpeas, oil, turmeric, cinnamon and sea salt. Spread evenly over a cookie sheet and bake for 10 minutes. Meanwhile pit and mash your avocado and spread over two pitas.
- Once your chickpeas are cooked, divide between the pitas and then top with yogurt and maple syrup.
