Ingredients

- 2 cups Brussels sprouts
- 1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- Sea salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 Tbsp pure maple syrup
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425F.
- Wash and trim the ends off or your Brussels sprouts, then cut in half.
- Place in an even layer on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.
- Place in the oven for 15 minutes.
- Meanwhile, whisk together the vinegar and maple syrup.
- Pour dressing over Brussels sprouts once they are finished cooking.
