Maple Roasted Brussels Sprouts

The perfect side dish to your holiday meal … but make extra, they go fast!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups Brussels sprouts
  • 1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • Sea salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp pure maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425F.
  2. Wash and trim the ends off or your Brussels sprouts, then cut in half.
  3. Place in an even layer on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.
  4. Place in the oven for 15 minutes.
  5. Meanwhile, whisk together the vinegar and maple syrup.
  6. Pour dressing over Brussels sprouts once they are finished cooking.
