Ingredients

- 1 chicken breast (boneless, skinless)
- 1/2 sweet onion
- 2 celergy sticks
- 2 carrots
- 1/2 Tbsp garlic (peeled and minced)
- 1/2 Tbsp ginger (peeled and minced)
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- himalayan sea salt and pepper (to taste)
- 8 cups bone broth
- 1 square brown rice ramen noodles
Instructions
- Add some extra virgin olive oil to the bottom of your instant pot and turn to sautee.
- When the instant pot is hot, add the chicken breast and brown each side for 3 minutes.
- Turn the instant pot off and add the vegetables, seasonings, and broth. Put the lid on and seal the valve.
- Cook on manual high for 10 minutes with quick release.
- Remove the chicken breasts and set aside.
- Turn the instant pot to sautee and add the noodles.
- Use two forks to pull apart the chicken and then add back to the soup.
- Let cook for another 5 minutes or until the noodles are soft.
