Tortilla Chips + GuacaSalsa

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 sprouted-grain tortilla shells
  • Extra-virgin olive oil spray
  • 1 avocado, mashed
  • 1 cup fresh salsa

Instructions

Tortilla Chips
  1. Preheat oven to 350F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cut tortilla shells into even slices (approximately 16). Lightly spray both sides of the tortilla shells with olive oil and place on the baking sheet, in a single layer.
  3. Bake for 10 minutes or until desired crispness.
Guacasalsa
  1. Meanwhile, combine mashed avocado with salsa.
  2. Once chips are cooled, dip into salsamole and enjoy!
