Chocolate Avocado Pudding

Description

A delicious and filling dessert to beat cravings, aid with weight loss, balance hormones, improve energy, and increase sleep.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 avocado
  • 1/41/2 cup raw cacao powder
  • 2 Tbsp raw honey
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1/4 Unsweetened or canned coconut milk, optional

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients, except the coconut milk, into a food processor and blend until smooth.
  2. Add coconut milk until desired consistency.

Notes

Cacao Powder

The more cacao powder the darker and stronger the flavour.

No Food Processor

You can mash the avocado and mix in the ingredients by hand.

Make it Vegan

Swap the honey out for pure maple syrup.
