Coconut Turmeric No-Bake Bites

Description

Simple, quick, and full of anti-inflammatory benefits. Eat up!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup coconut butter
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 2 Tbsp coconut milk
  • 1 Tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 Tbsp raw honey
  • 2 tsp turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp cardamom

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and mix well.
  2. Roll into 8 even size balls.

Notes

No Cardamom

Switch for cinnamon.

Make it Vegan

Swap the honey for pure maple syrup.
