Description

Zesty, tangy, and crunchy … a great healthy version of a classic BBQ dish.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/4 red cabbage, spiralized or shredded
  • 1/4 green cabbage, spiralized or shredded
  • 1 carrot, spiralized or shredded
  • 1 lime, juice and zest
  • 1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp whole-grain mustard
  • 1 Tbsp raw honey
  • pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients together in a bowl.
  2. Serve chilled.

Notes

Make it Vegan

Use pure maple syrup in place of honey.
