Ingredients

- 3 cups of water
- 1 cup of white rice
- 2 Tbsp freshly grated ginger
- Pinch of sea salt
Instructions
- Place all your ingredients in a pot and bring to a boil.
- Turn to a simmer and let sit for 30 minutes.
- Serve warm, or refrigerate and add a little water before serving.
Notes
Variety in Consistency
If you prefer it thicker, you can do a more traditional 2:1 ratio of water to rice.
If you prefer it thinner, you can add more water to suite your preferences.
