Description

The perfect dish to ease your digestive symptoms.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 cups of water
  • 1 cup of white rice
  • 2 Tbsp freshly grated ginger
  • Pinch of sea salt

Instructions

  1. Place all your ingredients in a pot and bring to a boil.
  2. Turn to a simmer and let sit for 30 minutes.
  3. Serve warm, or refrigerate and add a little water before serving.

Notes

Variety in Consistency

If you prefer it thicker, you can do a more traditional 2:1 ratio of water to rice.

If you prefer it thinner, you can add more water to suite your preferences.
