No-Bake Cranberry Cacao Bites

A quick snack that tastes delicious, is low-allergen, and easy on the gut! (Gluten-free, dairy-free, nut-free, egg-free)
Ingredients

- 12–14 dates, pits removed
- 1/2 cup sunflower seed butter
- 4 Tbsp organic cacao, unsweetened
- 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup dried unsweetened cranberries
Instructions
- Place dates in a food processor and pulse for 20-30 seconds.
- Add the butter, cacao, and vanilla and pulse until well combined.
- Add in the cranberries and pulse for 10-15 seconds, or until they are mixed in.
- Roll into 12 even shaped balls.
- Store in an airtight container.

Easy Swaps
- Dried cranberries for any dried fruit
- Cacao for unsweetened shredded coconut
- Sunflower seed butter for whatever nut butter you have on hand. Just remember to keep it nut-free for schools!
