- 8 eggs
- 2 cups dark chocolate
- 1/2 cup butter (organic, grass-fed)
- 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350F and line a round cake pan with parchment paper.
- In a double broiler, melt the chocolate and butter on low heat. Stirring frequently.
- Meanwhile, beat the eggs for 6 minutes on high.
- Once chocolate is melted and eggs are fluffy, gently fold half of the egg mixture into the chocolate. Once it’s mixed in, fold in the rest of the eggs. Do not over mix!
- Bake for 45 minutes or until cooked through.
- Let cool at least 10 minutes before removing from pan.
- Garnish with strawberries or raspberries and serve warm or room temperature.
