Fruit Kabobs with Maple Whipped Yogurt

A simple dessert that will satisfy your sweet tooth!


Ingredients

Fruit Kabobs

  • 2 kiwis
  • 8 strawberries
  • 1 mango
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 8 skewers

Maple Whipped Yogurt

  • 1 cup plain, non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp pure maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Prepare all fruits by removing stems and peels, washing, and chopping into large bite-size pieces. Divide fruit onto skewers.
  2. Place yogurt and maple syrup in a small bowl and whip until it fluffs up slightly (it takes a few minutes).
  3. Serve kabobs with a serving of maple whipped yogurt.

Notes

Make it a “Do-It-Yourself” Dessert

  • Place chopped fruit on a platter with skewers and let everyone make their own “do-it-yourself” kabobs!

Make it Vegan

Swap the maple whipped yogurt for whipped coconut.
