Fruit Kabobs
- 2 kiwis
- 8 strawberries
- 1 mango
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 8 skewers
Maple Whipped Yogurt
- 1 cup plain, non-fat Greek yogurt
- 1 Tbsp pure maple syrup
Instructions
- Prepare all fruits by removing stems and peels, washing, and chopping into large bite-size pieces. Divide fruit onto skewers.
- Place yogurt and maple syrup in a small bowl and whip until it fluffs up slightly (it takes a few minutes).
- Serve kabobs with a serving of maple whipped yogurt.
Notes
Make it a “Do-It-Yourself” Dessert
- Place chopped fruit on a platter with skewers and let everyone make their own “do-it-yourself” kabobs!
Make it Vegan
Swap the maple whipped yogurt for whipped coconut.
