Gingerbread Latte

Description

This delicious latte is full of gingerbread spice, and is totally nice and nourishing.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or other milk alternative)
  • 1/2 Tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp maca powder
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Place all of the ingredients in a small pot.
  2. Turn on high, whisk, and bring to a boil.
  3. Turn to a simmer and continue to whisk for 60 seconds.
  4. Serve hot.

Notes

Sweet + Spicy

You can control the spice by adding or removing some of the ginger. Feel free to add in some stevia if you like it sweeter, or swap out the maple syrup for stevia altogether!

Caffeinate it

Feel free to add in a shot or two of espresso if you really need that caffeine boost.
