Slow-Cooker Gingerbread Oatmeal

Description

A festive holiday breakfast that tastes just like gingerbread – yum!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 cup old-fashioned oatmeal
  • 12 Tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 1/2 Tbsp blackstrap molasses
  • 1 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • pinch of nutmeg and cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Place all of the ingredients in your slow-cooker and mix well.
  2. Cook on low for 8 hours.
  3. Stir before serving, and top with unsweetened almond milk (if it’s too thick) and a dollop of Greek yogurt.
