Ingredients

- 2 cups organic carrots, peeled and sliced
- 1 Tbsp cold-pressed, extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Tbsp raw honey
- 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
- ground pepper, to taste
- 2 Tbsp fresh rosemary
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350F.
- Combine carrots with oil, honey & pepper.
- Bake for 10-15 min – or until carrots are slightly softened.
- Remove from oven and toss with fresh rosemary.
