Rosemary and Honey Glazed Carrots

Description

An earthy Easter side dish with a hint of sweetness.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups organic carrots, peeled and sliced
  • 1 Tbsp cold-pressed, extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp raw honey
  • 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
  • ground pepper, to taste
  • 2 Tbsp fresh rosemary

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350F.
  2. Combine carrots with oil, honey & pepper.
  3. Bake for 10-15 min – or until carrots are slightly softened.
  4. Remove from oven and toss with fresh rosemary.
