Mindful Morning Green Juice

Description

A simple method for opening up the pathways for natural daily detoxification.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 Green Apples (core removed)
  • 1 Small Cucumber
  • 1 Celery Stalk
  • 2 Cups Cauliflower
  • 1 Cup Kale (removed from stem)
  • 1 Bunch Parsley
  • 1 Lime

Instructions

  1. Wash all of your fruits and vegetables.

Juicer:

  1. Cut all produce into large pieces and juice. Top with a squeeze of lime juice and stir to combine.

Blender:

  1. Cut all produce into large pieces and place in your blender, squeeze in the lime juice. Blend until smooth.
  2. For a smoother consistency, pour through cheese cloth to remove the pulp.
