Ingredients
Scale
- 2 Green Apples (core removed)
- 1 Small Cucumber
- 1 Celery Stalk
- 2 Cups Cauliflower
- 1 Cup Kale (removed from stem)
- 1 Bunch Parsley
- 1 Lime
Instructions
- Wash all of your fruits and vegetables.
Juicer:
- Cut all produce into large pieces and juice. Top with a squeeze of lime juice and stir to combine.
Blender:
- Cut all produce into large pieces and place in your blender, squeeze in the lime juice. Blend until smooth.
- For a smoother consistency, pour through cheese cloth to remove the pulp.
