These gummies are bursting with flavour and immune boosting goodness. Fighting off sickness has never tasted so good!

Ingredients

Immune Boosting Gummies (au natural)
  • 1 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
  • Juice from one lemon
  • 1 Tbsp raw honey
  • 1/2 Tbsp turmeric
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup Great Lakes unflavoured gelatin
Immune Boosting Gummies (with supplements)
  • 1 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 1 Tbsp raw honey
  • 1/2 cup Great Lakes unflavoured gelatin
  • 1/2 Tbsp vitamin C powder
  • 1/2 Tbsp probiotic powder
  • 4 droppersful of Deep Immune by St. Francis Herb Farms

Instructions

  1. Combine the juices, honey, and spices into a small pot and turn to low heat. Whisking until heated (not boiling).
  2. Add the gelatin and whisk until it is smooth.
  3. Turn off heat.
  4. Add in supplements and whisk until smooth.
  5. Use a dropper to fill the silicone moulds with the mixture.
  6. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Notes

Gummy Moulds

Any silicone mould will do. Alternatively, you can spray a glass dish and cut into small squares.
