Description

A delicious, low-allergen, healthy way to celebrate Spring and bring on Summer!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 Tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 57 fresh mint leaves
  • 1 Tbsp dark chocolate chips (or dairy-free dark chocolate)

Instructions

  1. Combine frozen banana, avocado, syrup, and mint leaves in a food processor or blender for 1-2 minutes, until smooth.
  2. Mix in chocolate chips (or dairy-free dark chocolate).
  3. Serve immediately or place in an airtight container and store in the freezer.
