A satisfying snack – salty, crunchy, and tasty!
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 bunch of kale
- 1 Tbsp cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil
- Seasoning (options below)
Salt & Vinegar
- 2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
- Pinch of sea salt
Cheese Lovers
- 2 Tbsp nutritional yeast (add after baking)
Chilli and Lime
- Juice from 1/2 a lime
- 1/2 tsp chilli powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325F.
- Wash the kale, remove leaves from the stem and cut the leaves into bite-size pieces.
- Place on a cookie sheet and massage olive oil into the kale.
- Add seasoning of choice, mix and spread them evenly.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
