Kale Chips

Description

A satisfying snack – salty, crunchy, and tasty!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 bunch of kale
  • 1 Tbsp cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil
  • Seasoning (options below)
Salt & Vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • Pinch of sea salt
Cheese Lovers
  • 2 Tbsp nutritional yeast (add after baking)
Chilli and Lime
  • Juice from 1/2 a lime
  • 1/2 tsp chilli powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325F.
  2. Wash the kale, remove leaves from the stem and cut the leaves into bite-size pieces.
  3. Place on a cookie sheet and massage olive oil into the kale.
  4. Add seasoning of choice, mix and spread them evenly.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes.
