Kombucha Gummies

Description

A delicious and simple way to increase your probiotic intake!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup kombucha (your favourite flavour!)
  • 1/4 cup warm water
  • 1/4 cup Great Lakes unflavoured gelatin
  • 1 Tbsp raw honey
  • 1/2 Tbsp probiotic powder

Instructions

  1. Prepare your silicone trays and dropper.
  2. Quickly whisk the gelatin and warm water together.
  3. Add the kombucha while you continue to whisk.
  4. Add the honey and probiotic powder and whisk until combined.
  5. Fill your silicone mould with the kombucha and place in the fridge for 30 minutes (or until set).

Notes

No Silicone Moulds

Grease an 8 x 8 glass dish instead.

Kombucha Flavour

Any flavour will do! You can enhance the flavour by adding in a complimentary fruit pureed fruit or fresh pressed juice as well.

I used ginger RISE Kombucha and Natren Healthy Trinity probiotics.
