Ingredients

- 2 pears, diced
- 2 apples, diced
- 2 cups old-fashioned oats
- 1/2 cup almond meal
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/4–1/2 cup pure maple syrup
- 1/2 cup unsalted, raw walnut pieces
- 1 Tbsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp baking powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F. Spray a 9″ x 13″ glass dish with cold-pressed, extra virgin coconut oil.
- Place pears and apples in the bottom of the dish.
- In a medium bowl mix oats, almond meal, almond milk, syrup, walnuts, cinnamon and baking powder.
- Spread mixture over top of pears and apples.
- Place in the oven and bake for 25 minutes, or until fruit is softened.
