Maple Ginger Glazed Carrots

Description

A subtly sweet side dish that will keep you coming back for more!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 bunches of organic carrots (approximately 16-20)
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup dry white wine
  • 1 Tbsp fresh ginger, grated

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425F.
  2. Wash and scrub or peel your carrots and place in an oven safe dish.
  3. Combine syrup, wine, and ginger in a small bowl. Drizzle over carrots.
  4. Place in the oven and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until carrots turn bright in colour and soften slightly.
