How to Build the Perfect Mason Jar Salad Recipe by Sharisse Dalby Nutrition

There’s definitely an art to building the perfect mason jar salad.

I remember my first time … and it was disastrous! 

I took the time to chop up all my ingredients, tossed them all in the mason jar, added in some lettuce and dressing, shook it up, and placed it in the fridge for the next day.

You know what happened next, don’t you?

I was left with a soggy, disgusting, non-edible, mess of a salad – a total Pinterest fail.

Maybe you’ve experienced it too. It’s frustrating to think you wasted all that time and money on ingredients, and now have to leave the house in a panic with no lunch in hand.

Talk about a bad start to your day.

But, what if I told you that it really is as simple as pinterest makes it look? Imagine …
