My Journey

I didn’t grow up an athlete. No early morning practices.
No trophies on my shelf.

But I do know what it feels like to push your body and not get the results you want – to feel like you’re doing everything right, but something’s still missing.

As a teen, I struggled hard – with depression, an eating disorder, and a body that I didn’t know how to take care of. But the day I learned how to fuel myself right? Everything changed.

I had energy. Focus. Confidence.

That’s when I became obsessed with figuring out the science behind what actually works – not just for me, but for anyone who wants to perform at their best.

Now, as a certified nutritionist and published author trusted by athletes from rookies to Team BC standouts, I help athletes and parents cut through the confusion, dial in their nutrition, and finally hit the performance goals they’ve been grinding for.
