Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Water, filtered
  • 2 Cups Spinach
  • 1 Cup Mint Leaves
  • 1 Cucumber, quartered
  • 1 Cup Ice Cubes
  • 1/2 Cup Cashews, raw

Instructions

  1. Place of the ingredients, in order, in a high speed blender.
  2. Blend on high for 30 seconds to 1 minute, or until desired consistency.
