Description

A healthy twist on a traditional winter comfort.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or chocolate almond milk)
  • 1 Tbsp cold-pressed extra virgin coconut oil
  • 1 Tbsp pure cocao powder (not cocoa powder, but the real COCAO powder – pure, unsweetened and organic is best)
  • 1 droppers worth of liquid stevia
  • a small splash of pure peppermint extract

Instructions

  1. In a small pot, combine all ingredients and bring to a boil.
  2. Pour into a cup and serve.

Notes

  • You can swap unsweetened almond milk for unsweetened chocolate almond milk.
  • Use pure, organic, unsweetened cocao powder, not cocoa powder.
