Description

A tasty fall dish that’s full of the warming flavours you love!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups brussel sprouts, stems removed and halved
  • 1/2 red onion, cut into large pieces
  • 2 large carrots, peeled and cut into large pieces
  • 4 garlic cloves, sliced
  • 2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 Tbsp dried basil
  • 1/2 Tbsp rosemary
  • 1/2 Tbsp thyme
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • sea salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425F.
  2. Toss in all the vegetables, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with a little sea salt and pepper. Toss to coat.
  3. Add chicken.
  4. Combine herbs in a small dish and coat chicken.
  5. Bake for 35 minutes, or until cooked through.
