A simple mood-boosting one pan meal that’s ready in 30 minutes!
Ingredients

- 4 3oz wild-caught salmon fillets
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 lemons
- 4 garlic cloves
- 1 tsp raw honey
- Sea salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 lb of asparagus
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400F.
- Line a baking sheet with a silicone mat and place the salmon skin side down in the centre.
- In a small bowl, combine 1 Tbsp of oil, zest and juice from 1 lemon, 2 garlic cloves (minced), honey, and salt and pepper. Slice the other lemon.
- Spread the sauce over the salmon and top with lemon slices. Place in the oven and bake for 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, trim your asparagus and toss with 1 Tbsp of olive oil, 2 garlic cloves (minced), sea salt and pepper.
- When salmon is done, remove from oven and add asparagus to the sides. Place back in the oven and bake for another 15 minutes.
