If you have any food sensitivities, gut issues, or are on a restricted diet – then you know exactly what I’m talking about.
These moments rock us.
But it’s almost impossible to always be prepared for those times when your schedule changes unexpectedly. And even still, sometimes packing fresh foods is difficult because they won’t last all day in your bag!
So when clients started requesting some healthy packaged snack ideas – I thought it had a lot of merit and was worth exploring.
That’s why I put together a list of healthy packaged snacks that are “Nutritionist-approved” and can be taken with you on the road, or even stored in your bag, desk, and car.
Yes, of course fresh is best and homemade always wins, but life happens and we need to be prepared with healthy options so we don’t impact our blood sugar levels (see last week’s post) or blow a cork and grab whatever junk is in sight.

So use this list to keep some healthy foods handy for that odd time when, you know – life happens.
