- 1 Cup pineapple
- 1/2–1 Cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk alternative)
- 1 Tbsp Ginger
- Pinch of turmeric
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in your Vitamix (or blender) and blend until smooth. Add ice if you prefer.
