Pistachio Pomegranate Dark Chocolate Bark

Description

Juicy, sweet and salty and mixed with Christmas goodies.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 oz organic dark chocolate (minimum 70% cocoa)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted pistachios
  • 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
  • pinch of sea salt (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a double broiler, on low, melt chocolate, stirring continuously.
  2. Meanwhile, seed your pomegranate. Line a cookie sheet with wax paper.
  3. Once chocolate is melted, spread a thin layer on the wax paper and sprinkle with pistachios and pomegranate seeds (can also be mixed in with chocolate before spreading on cookie sheet).
  4. Place in the freezer for 1 hour.
  5. Remove from freezer and break into pieces. Store in an airtight container in the freezer.
