Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cup dark chocolate (70% cocao or more)
- 1/2–1 cup pomegranate seeds
- 1 tsp pure maple syrup (optional)
Instructions
- In a double broiler, melt your chocolate on low heat.
- Mix in the pomegranate seeds and maple syrup.
- Line a small container with a silicone mat (or wax paper) and spoon bite sizes of the mixture on to the mat.
- Place in the freezer for a minimum 30-45 minutes.
